This is a fun jumper . It’s made by Full Circle Trends. Tag reads large & made in India, I believe it’s a cotton blend. Multicolored. Legs tie at the ankle. I remember wearing similar jumpers in the late 70’s. Top is a stretchy tube top, no need for a bra.
