I bought it from the previous owner in this condition with the intent to fix the peeling, but I honestly don't know where to begin. I decided to sell to give someone who can fix it the opportunity to restore it to the beauty it is. The bag itself, other than the peeling parts, is in great condition. The inside pockets and liner has minimal peeling or use, as shown in pictures. The outside velour and bow is clean and soft, almost like it had never been used and literally sat in a closet for years, which it probably did. All peeling is shown in pictures.
