Vintage Judith Ann Creations, cobalt blue silk fully beaded evening dress

Dress is previously owned, gently worn, minimal signs of wear. Excellent vintage condition, no stains or snags, beading is completely intact. Straps are silk and beads, in good strong condition. Zipper back, back slit knee to ankle. No size tag, pit to pit measurement is 17", hip is 18". Long, slim fitting dress, minimal stretch. Fabric is silk, lining is rayon.
