This beautiful Girl with a Cake Porcelain Birthday doll, in a pink dress with rose trim, comes from the Josef Original. She's about 4.5" tall and 4" wide, with the engraved label at the bottom. The Vintage Josef Original created by Muriel Joseph George and produced Birthday dolls from the mid 1940s to 1985, before being sold to the Applause Company. She is in absolutely perfect condition and will be shipped with the utmost care and packaging!
