@whamsenema sorry for the delay! They seem true to size (7.5) but if you were to wear them with thick socks it would feel closer to 7. Normal thin socks is TTS. I will say that the shoe is somewhat narrow and may make it feel smaller too. Like how classic reeboks are shaped.
