Vintage Jones New York Skirt

Vintage full skirt with very small waist. Size 4 from the 70’s/possibly 80’s. Measurements are below. Really pretty for spring and summer, beautiful colors on a linen/cotton/ramie blend of fabric. Dry clean only. One hook closure on the side of skirt. No zipper on the skirt but if needed could have one put in. I found the hook was sufficient. Would look so cute with a summery white crop top and fun heels and hat! Gorgeous colors. Decent pre-loved condition Approximate measurements: Waist is 12” lying flat (24” waist) Total length is 34.5” Open to questions/offers.
