Vintage Jody of California Black-Gray-Blue Plaid Dress with Belt

This dress is in Excellent pre-owned condition. There is some pilling. I am not sure of the fabric content or size because the tag is washed out. Please use my measurements to see if it will fit. There is no stretch to the fabric. The sleeves are long with a button closure on cuff. There are shoulder pads inside and buttoned flaps on shoulder for wearing a scarf. The waist has elastic around it and a belt you can wear that has a buckle. There are buttons from the waist to the collar on the front for closure. Both sides have pockets.
