Vintage Joan Helpern Brown Leather Flats with Stitched Swirl Pattern Women's Size 6B Made in Italy Gold Insole Very cute vintage shoes in a beautiful 'coffee with cream' color with subtle stitch swirl pattern on toes and sides. Metallic gold insoles at an extra elevation. Very good condition. Minor/ normal signs of wear, one discoloration spot pointed out in photo. Still have lots of life left. Size 6 B (Standard). Not an expert when it comes to vintage sizing, they look like a true size 6 to me, but please let me know if you need some hand measurements before purchasing :) Any questions let me know!
