Vintage Joan & David T strap leather heels

Vintage brown leather T strap heels from Circa Joan & David. Very classic shoes. The leather is worn and spotted (see photos) and overall they could use a good polish or cleaning. I don’t want to mess with the leather before selling, though. The overall structure of the shoes is good but the buckle strap is fraying and some of the holes are stretched. Some scuffing on front toes and bottoms are worn (again, see photos). Happy to answer questions or provide more photos.
