Vintage Jeweled Perfume Pendant

Vintage piece. Purchased from an antique store in New England. Was told it is used to hold lavender or similar. The clasp needs to be adjusted so it stays closed. It has turquoise and what looks like amethyst and garnet stones. A few small stones are missing (see photos). I believe it is gold plated. Throw this on a chain and get ready for people to stop you to ask about it.
