The metal rocking horse is in all original condition with its original decal. It is from the 1950’s by Kelo Limited, Dudley Manufacturing England. The yellow and red are still bright in color with some wear marks. One rubber footpad is missing. It is 31” long x 14” wide x 17” tall. The face could easily be redrawn with black sharpie.
