Vintage Jessica Howard Petite 2-piece outfit including button down collared cropped jacket and super high waisted pants. Awesome black and off-white plaid patterns. Pants are elastic waist. Rayon acetate blend, dry clean. Vintage size 10 petite Top Underarm to underarm 21” Shoulder to hem 18” Pants Waist 12.5” unstretched to 14.5” stretched. Rise 13” Inseam 28” Pants are in great condition. One sleeve has come uncuffed on top and will need sewn back. See last photo.
