Excellent vintage condition Smoke and pet free environment. This dress has a beautiful swirl pattern all over.The length if this dress is right below the knee (deoending on your height) The sleeves are half sleeve and have a button on each sleeve for a more comfortable fit and a button closure on the back. the waist of this dress is elastic so it has some give. the waist measurement below is the elastic normal to stretched the entire but out. so it should fit waist sizes between the measurements below. measurements are as follows Bust- 17 1/2" Waist- 12=17 1/2" (elastic waist) Hip-18 1/2" Flare-35" Length-41" Sleeve length-19" If you have any questions just shoot me a message and I will be happy to answer.
