Vintage Jeana brand dress. I believe it’s 70s! Bright royal blue with vertical white stripes. Short sleeves and a square neckline. Approximately ankle length. Elastic waist makes it super comfortable to wear! Slightly sheer. Belt loops, but no belt. No size tag - fits like a large in my opinion. Please see measurements!
