Vintage Japanese ceramic painted teapot with plate stand

Japanese vintage teapot with an appealing squat shape, hand painted with flowers and leaves. Rests on a small round tray stand. "JAPAN" painted on the underside of each piece. 4 inches tall including stand, 6.5 inches wide and 9 inches from handle to spout (measurements approximate). In excellent vintage shape. The painted border of the spout is showing a little wear (please see photos).
