Fantastic vintage find. Well made, and in great wearable condition. Hem has roped scallops, that look to be handset. Inner pocket with pleating. Outer button and inner button to keep secure, as well as some snaps to hold closed. Fabric is a beautiful lightly textured slub with lots of dimension and color.
