Beautiful vintage ceramic Japanese toothpick holder with bamboo and wire handle. Kutani ware? There was a sticker at one time. I'm not going to peel the sticker off to see if it's marked underneath. Beautiful colored flowers and shiny gold accents. There is a slight ombre to blue towards the bottom. No chips or cracks. Just normal age scruffs.
