Vintage Japanese Akasuke Ginbari Vases

Japanese Akasuke Pigeon Blood Red Ginbari Cloisonné enameled vase 🏺 matched pair. beautifully decorated floral, bamboo & birds. The red color, known as Akasuke or pigeon blood. Takes many years to learn the technique used by skilled craftsmen to produce the bamboo & bird design through the glaze then painted a beautiful floral design on the exterior. These are in excellent pre owned condition, they are vintage and will show signs of wear and fading. You will receive 2 vases they measure 4.8” tall, 2.75” wide and 1 1/2” opening at top, 1.6” base. Wood stands are included and are newer additions. Delightful to display anywhere! Comes from a non smoking & perfume free household.
