Vintage Japan Nasco Stainless Steel Floral Ring

Item is in good used vintage condition Medium wear and scratches Heavy wear on the inside of the band at the bottom May need a cleaning or polish if desired Made from a vintage utensil… like a fork, spoon, knife, etc Marked on the inside: Japan, nasco, stainless, caress, & two symbols I can’t make out.. it appears to be adjustable…. But I cannot pull it apart at the bottom…maybe at one time it was? And not now….Not sure.. see pictures I have never seen another one like it…
