Original case (not in best shape due to age) but the item itself is in EXCELLENT condition. Cameo Necklace Music Box Pendant Necklace - Vintage Signed Wan & Sankyo - Picture Locket - Doctor Zhivago Lara's Theme - 1960s 1970s. The music box is by Sankyo, and the locket is signed Wan. The Locket music box and chain necklace comes in it's original gold foiled box numbered 3414 - Blue and with Lara's Theme on the bottom of the box.
