Vintage Jacquard skirt

Jacquard? Brocade? Loomed? Not sure what this is called. The entire fabric has like embroidery. The last 2 photos show both sides if fabric. It's blue violet with teal green, orange, raspberry, and a little chartreuse design. I was going to keep for the fabric but thought someone might love it. Has 2 buttons fir a side closure and side pockets
