Vintage JOELLE Full Length Gown

Vintage JOELLE Full Length Gown Size: 7/8 I purchased a lot of gorgeous vintage gowns and this beauty was in the lot. I haven't tried to clean it because I didn't want to ruin it. The upper half is black velvet. Over the years the velvet has bled onto the pink bow and around the waist. I'm sure the right person could clean it properly to restore it. It has been rough cut sewn. You can definately tell it is vintage. I have attached a photo for reference. Union tag attached.
