Vintage JC Penney high waisted slacks with belt. Possibly 70s or 80s. Brand new with original tags still attached!! Maroon color, belt is white, red and blue stripes with leather closure. No size tag, unlined, no brand name except for the price tag. Zipper and hook closure. Two large hand pockets. See measurements for fit I have no idea if they are men's or women's.
