Vintage J. Crew! Runs very large. My dress form typically fits a J. Crew small/4-6. J. Crew blue button down shirt. It's a woman's shirt - buttons on the same side as my other women's button downs. Very wide cuffs with linked buttons, I think meant to be worn with cuff links? No materials tag, but it feels like a cotton.
