Vintage Iwaya hanging Baby Clown whistle blowing Swing mechanical

Made in Japan hangs 16” long. Clown is 9 inches sitting on swing rocking and spinning plate. Takes 2 AA batteries stored in the seat. Hangs in nursery over crib or anywhere you like clowns. He blows a whistle that’s in his mouth, pull string is off/on switch.
