Vintage It’s a Lehigh Dress Size 14

A very unique It’s a Lehigh dress. Top is sheer black floral peplum with black skirt. Has belt loops but no belt. In good vintage condition. Vintage size 14. Lying flat waist measurement is about 13”, armpit to armpit measurement is about 20”. Waist is elastic and dress has large zipper in back from below waist to neck. From a pet free, smoke free home.
