Vintage Italian Millefiori Murano Blown Glass Multicolored Heart Pendant

Loved but still in great condition No nicks chips scratches or cracks to glass Metal backing & ring have some signs of use-tarnish & some small scratches on plate These gorgeous blown glass pieces are handmade in Italy & no two are the same. I have recently found some of my childhood jewelry that has been stored away so I’m not sure of it’s exact age. Made sometime between the 80’s/early 90’s.
