Vintage Italian Cameo Earrings in Original Box

Cameo screw back earrings, here again with my cameo obsession. These really are lovely. They are marked, but I can’t make it out. I believe the box is original, and that appears to make these of Italian origin. They are not family heirlooms so I cannot say for certain.
