There are no holes, stains, or tears. Minor piling throughout. The elastic waist is not as tight as it was new but is still intact. There are loops you can add a thin belt/ribbon into or if you dislike them, they would be easily removed. There is no tag for sizing or material. The material does have some stretch to it.
