Vintage 1990's Soffe Super Sweats Institute of Textile Technology Sweater Men's XL 95% cotton, 5% acrylic. Made in the USA. There are stains throughout the sweatshirt, pointed out in the photos. The sweatshirt has been washed but not treated for stains. Maybe the Institute of textile technology can develop a stain remover?
