✨ Vintage Inspired Handmade Mermaid Dress

This dress has all the mermaid vibes with its blue and purple sheen and it’s ruffle near the bust! Found without tags and without a lining, and assuming it is handmade. Has boning, and would say that it’s a size 0 (I’m a 2 and it’s a little snug!)
