The skirt expands because it does not have a zipper or a latch of any kind just tie it. absolutely gorgeous. At the bottom of the one of the of the actual top, it is partially sliced. He really can’t tell and the way you tie it. I’m sure it covers it up and it doesn’t go all the way through. It would be great for costume. Very heavy.
