Vintage Inarco Japan bluejay figurine and metal red cardinal figuring

The Blue Jay is an inarco Japan hand painted blue jay figuring and the red cardinal is red enameled metal it looks like it may have come off from something because of it strange bottom base, I believe this is old but I do not know the maker of the red cardinal both are in very good pre-owned condition The Blue Jay is 4 in tall and the Cardinal is about 2 and 1/2 in tall
