Dress is vintage (80's/90's) previously owned and does show signs of wear. Good, wearable vintage condition. No stains, rips or other damage. Elastic waist in the back, shoulder pads, full skirt. Dress is pullover with no zippers, buttons or snaps. Fabric is 100% rayon.

Hi there, I just took another look at the size/measurements and would say the across the chest there’s not a lot of give because the fabric doesn’t stretch… if I pull the fabric tight, pit to pit the most I get is 22”. I would guess that a bra size A-B would definitely work; C size, maybe not. D size, definitely not. Thank you.
