Vintage Imperivm Neptvni Regis US Navy certificate for crossing Equator

Authentic 1960’s-1970’s Imperivm Neptvni Regis Equator blank certificate. United States Navy. Has been in this frame 100% of its time other than when I removed it to clean the frame and now for photos. The frame was in very poor condition when I received it. It cleaned up well and the document was mostly unaffected, aside from a couple stains as seen in photos. It is an old document therefore does show other normal signs of age. In really good condition, a great piece of history. Collectors item, memorabilia, replacement certificate. Measures 14”x11” in frame. Cross posted
