Beautiful vintage service plate from Salem China Co. This circa 1970's beauty shows a scene 2 Victorian women and child walking and having a discussion in gorgeous 1800's gowns. It has a red/ maroon border with 23k gold scrollwork. It is in excellent used condition with no chips or cracks. On the back is stamp "Imperial" Service plates by Salem China Co. 23k.
