Vintage Imperial Salem China Co, 23 Kt Gold Service Plate Lime Green

Beautiful vintage service plate from Salem China Co. This circa 1970's beauty shows a scene 2 Victorian women having a discussion in gorgeous 1800's gowns. It has a light green border with 23k gold scrollwork.  It is in good used condition with a small  chip on the right edge and some fading/missing of the gold on the rim . On the back is stamp "Imperial" Service plates by Salem China Co. 23k. Comes from a smoke free and cat 🐈 friendly home.  Measurements: 10 3/4" diameter Bin P
