Vintage ILGWU Lady Jennifer Black and Fuchsia Pink Dress Union Made 60's 70's

Vintage ILGWU Lady Jennifer Black and Fuchsia Pink Dress Union Made 60's 70's size 22 1/2. This dress is vintage, possibly made somewhere between the 60's and 70's given the union label but I'm not sure. It does have the International Ladies Garment Workers Union logo on the back of the size tag. The size tag is a little faded, I believe it is 22 1/2 but please refer to measurements as vintage sizing is typically smaller. The dress has a bit of piling. Pit to pit is 28 in, and it is just under or around 46 in Long. The dress has a nice comfortable feel but still looks put together an elegant with the Beautiful black floral design on the fuchsia pink heart. The dress also has a tie and it can be tied in any way you prefer, whether in the back or on the side and features a partial back zip with hook and eye closure.
