Vintage ILGWU 60s Wool Plaid Hooded Fringed Cape •Great vintage condition. I found a small pinhole (photo 13). Please see all photos for measurements and more information. •One owner, aside from me, and I haven't worn it. A family piece. Colors of forest green, burgundy, gold, blue. •Vintage items are rarely perfect, so please check all photos and ask if you need more information. •It looks like there was a string in the hood. It's no longer there. The hood and small zip v neck are lined. •I tied some threads from the weave that wete hanging beyond the fringe hem. See photos #11 & 12 to show what I mean.
