Vintage ILGWU Cottage Core Velvet Floral Lace Dress Measurements taken flat: Pit to pit 15.5” Waist 12.5” (to 15” fully stretched) Sleeve 22” Length 38” The dress size is 14 on the tag, runs very small. Please refer to measurements provided for more accurate fit. In very good condition. Only flaw is a slight discoloration on the lace of the collar at the back. Please see pictures for details.
