Vintage I.B. Diffusion Jacket Size 10 Gray Silk

This is a pre-owned, vintage I.B. Diffusion size 10 jacket featuring a gray and white woven 100% silk. It has a cream-colored collar, cuffs, and hem, all made of a ribbed knit fabric. The jacket has a button-down front with four translucent buttons. There are two small pockets on the front. The jacket shows signs of wear, including a small stain on the front hem and a small stain on the side of the collar. The stains may come out with treatment. Approximate lay flat measurements: Pit to Pit: 21” Length from top of shoulder to bottom of top: 22.5”
