Vintage “I HEART Chicks” Tank Top

Got this is NYC in the early 2000’s. Very unique and edgy! It’s a great stretchy fabric, so while the straps are not adjustable it can be pulled down to show more cleavage if you want to! There are a few spots where the letting has cracked a little from stretching. Overall great shape, barely worn. See photos for measurements. Size say 2, it’s like an XS.
