Vintage "Hypno-Twist" Metal Rotating Exercise Pad

An interesting vintage home exercising device from the late 1960's. This "Hypno-Twist" is a metal platform with ball bearings inside, allowing the base to rotate. The user is supposed to "twist" back and forth (similar to the dance move in the 50's and 60's), working one's abs, waist, etc. The Hypno-Twist still works quite well and is in very good condition for its age. There is some moderate scratching to the metal throughout the top and bottom - simply indicative of light use in its day. No dents or dings. The exerciser has a great retro style with the black & white polka dot top. The Hypno-Twist measures 11" in diameter. Retro / Collectible
