Vintage Hy-Test Suede Leather Work Boot Steel Toe

Hy-Test Steel toe work boots in a tan suede leather. These are vintage 1987 and never worn. My husband worked for the railroad and bought an extra pair that sat in the closet for the next 32 years! The only issue that I can see is that the rubber? around the top has degraded a bit and is shown in one of the photos. It also has that slightly sticky feel to it. Size 8C and made in the USA.
