Houndstooth high waisted wool pencil skirt; vintage Hugo Buscati Collection. Lining has rips (see photos). Outer has one very small hole (see photo). From pet-free and smoke-free home. See photos for measurements. The tag has faded. I remember when I got it that it said 100% wool outer and polyester lining but I cannot prove it with a tag now.
