Vintage Homemade Polyester Women's Dress Pants

This is a pair of polyester women's dress pants. They were homemade I believe. There is a side zipper but no hook or button on top. There is an accent piece on top at the bottom of the legs. No size tags but it is about 14 inches wide flat and the inseam is 30 inches. There is a spot on the front of a leg but otherwise it is in nice shape.
