bres_closet18 @frankieraddish Yes, it would. I wear a small or a medium top, depending on brand and I could easily wear this coat. It has some wiggle room in the arms for thicker sleeved items too. Depending on your torso length, it may fall lower or higher on you. This goes to my hip bones.
