Vintage, High Waisted, Wool Skirt

This is the skirt of a vintage set I picked up at a local thrift store. The tags from the jacket identify this as an International Ladies Garment Workers Union piece, circa 1974 to 1995. The skirt is high waisted with a side zip and pockets! It does have that vintage smell, and is dry clean only according to the label on the jacket. The waist measures at 12.5 inches and is 28 inches from waist to hem. A truly gorgeous piece!
