Vintage Hershey's Kiss Charm Necklace

This unique gold-tone charm, about 0.5" in size, has an enamel ribbon saying "Kiss Me XXX" and a tiny red heart under it. Very solid little piece on a 15" chain. Can only find one other like it but that one says "love me" and comes without the chain. Looks like it has never been worn given that there's a piece of the tag still attached to the chain. From an estate lot.
