Vintage Herend China

An excellent condition rust and apponyi orange colored chop plate w/ handles by Herend Porcelain Manufactory. Made in Hungary by a skilled hand, the painting, gilding, and 3D effects of the branch and flower handles set off the subtle embossing on the body and lip of the plate. The orange and rust colors play well with the shine of the gold details. This plate is a wonderful example of vintage Herend Porcelain! The only signs of wear on this piece are subtle marks on four small areas of the embossing in the center well, a circular mark that looks to be part of the plate, one minimally worn area on the gold edge, and minimal wear/coloring to the “foot”.
